Saltburn Solidarity

We are a collective of Saltburn residents who have come together to support individuals and families who are struggling within our community through the provisions of parcels of food and basic household items.

How Do I Get Support?

If you need support all you need to do is come and visit us at the old Doctors Surgery on 2 Windsor Road, on either a Monday, Wednesday or a Friday, between 12 and 4pm, and speak with one of volunteers who will do their best to help you.

Are there any conditions?

As a charity we are only allowed to provide support to people who live in our area of benefit, which is the town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, so we will ask you to provide some proof of your address the first time you visit.

We recognise that everyones needs are different, so unlike other food banks we don’t limit the number of times you can come overall, but you do need to wait at least four weeks between visits.

If you have any further questions then please contact us via our Facebook page.

How can I help?

Donate Food

Most of the food we distribute comes from the number of donation points we have around the town, if you are able to donate food, please either use of one these donation points or drop it off to the food bank during opening hours.

Donate to the Boho Room

Aside from food and cash donations, the majority of the cost of running the food bank is met through purchases from our charity shop, the Boho Room. So come and buy something or donation items for us to sell.
